Meetings with the Contractor during the early stages of design reduces the risk and allows a well-coordinated and expedited construction stage. During the pre-construction period Column Erect can have an active input into the technical aspects implicated by the project design and support to assess its actual build-ability. We will outline specific site issues/restrictions, Building/Landlord requirements & restrictions, coordination versus architectural designs & logistic considerations. Our team will prepare a preliminary baseline budget that will follow the client’s first visibility into the cost of making a vision become reality. As the initial test fits through schematic design that follows detailed design and final construction documents, Column Erect will present full budget services at each stage of the process.
